SHORT BREAKS: Prices are per room per night excluding breakfast. We do not accept bookings for stag or hen groups or similar parties of guests. We do not allow pets in our rooms. Our rooms are suitable for couples or singles only. Please note that rooms are on the first floor and we have no lift. This may not be suitable for people with poor mobility.

Although we do not serve breakfast, varied breakfast menus are served at a large number of local establishments. For meals later in the day there is 10% discount for guests on lunches and evening meals when you dine at The Buccaneer.

King size beds and views
Both of our rooms have King size beds, en-suite toilet and shower, fridge, microwave, toaster, tea / coffee making facilities.
A separate indoor balcony with seating area and 180° view overlooking the Babbacombe Downs and Lyme Bay.

Extras that can be provided in your room are:
• Chilled Champagne in your room priced per bottle.
• A bottle of house white, red or rose wine also available in the rooms upon request.
• Bouquet of fresh flowers in a vase can be organised with a message card (details emailed one week prior to arrival). Please enquire for prices.
