Your data that is collected at the time of your room booking is also stored after you have stayed in our one of our letting rooms but will be kept no longer than necessary in order to comply with legal obligations and for us to welcome your repeat business.

 

When subscribing to our mailing list for promotional content your name, phone number and email address will be kept until you unsubscribe.

Who we share information with

Data controller

freetobook (online booking system used for room bookings)

This data controller does the following activities for us: process bookings for holiday letting rooms

We have a joint controller relationship with freetobook. We process your personal information with that joint controller for the following reason: To process room bookings.
